Sales policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due 5 days after you reserve a goat. If it is not received the goat will remain for sale until we have the deposit and the check has cleared the bank. The deposit will only be refunded if the goat dies. Deposits can be cash or personal check. The remainder is due upon pick up IN CASH. If you do not have the cash, you do not get the goat(s). If you prefer to pay with a check, you may send it a week in advance so I can make sure the check clears.

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation for any reason. If this happens, the deposit will be refunded.

Goats will be sold in pairs unless you already have goats. Goats do not do well without a companion.

All registered kids will be disbudded.

Bottle babies must be picked up by 2 weeks of age. After 2 weeks, $10 per week will be charged for the extra milk.

None of the goats will be vaccinated. If you want to vaccinate, you may do so after you pick up the goat.

All dam-raised goat kids must be picked up between 10-12 weeks. After 12 weeks, $10 per week will be charged for the extra labor and feed costs.

All goats will be tattooed before leaving.

I will send a registration application with all goats that are able to be registered

Milking does will come with enough grain to gradually switch them over to your own. We do not routinely feed grain to the rest of the goats.

All sales are final. We do our best to inform you of everything before the purchase. If you are unhappy with a goat you purchase due to personality or other reasons out of our control, we cannot be held responsible for the goat. Once they leave the property, we cannot take them back for multiple reasons, the main one being disease. They are healthy upon leaving, and we are not responsible for their health after they leave.

If you have questions about caring for your goats, feel free to contact me. My goal is for an easy transition, and I love having updates on my "kids".
